EGG ROLL IN A BOWL
This is one of Corey’s favorite meals and it is so easy to make!
INGREDIENTS
2 lbs ground beef
spices: onion, garlic, salt, pepper
coconut aminos
1 bag of broccoli slaw or Cole slaw
2 cups of rice
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook ground beef and add spices.
While beef is cooking, cook rice in a rice cooker or on stove top,
Once beef is cooked pour the bag of slaw on top and pour coconut aminos to taste. Allow the slaw to cook down and soften, adding more aminos as necessary.
Serve beef mixture over rice and add more aminos to taste.
