EGG ROLL IN A BOWL

This is one of Corey’s favorite meals and it is so easy to make!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 lbs ground beef

  • spices: onion, garlic, salt, pepper

  • coconut aminos

  • 1 bag of broccoli slaw or Cole slaw

  • 2 cups of rice

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Cook ground beef and add spices.

  • While beef is cooking, cook rice in a rice cooker or on stove top,

  • Once beef is cooked pour the bag of slaw on top and pour coconut aminos to taste. Allow the slaw to cook down and soften, adding more aminos as necessary.

  • Serve beef mixture over rice and add more aminos to taste.
