There is a lot of confusion about fats, how they differ, and which ones are best to use.

I decided to make a post that goes through the various cooking fats, assessing them from those that are great, those that we need to be mindful about (for example, due to the fatty acid profile changing bases on the diet of the animal), and those that are detrimental to our health and are best to be avoided. I hope this guide helps any confusions that you may have about fats and oils. 🌞

I have heard that we should we shouldnt eat too much saturated fat because something to do with causing or exacerbating endotoxins. That advice was coming from someone who i know is anti pufa's already.
