50+ Meal Ideas
If you need easy meal ideas that you can easily access you have come to the right spot! I make most of our meals at home and because of that I need quick meals that are flavorful and I need lots of options so I don't end up eating the same things week after week. While I cook a lot, I am NOT a chef by any means. I don't have hours to spend in the kitchen & I want to be able to use basic ingredients.
Below I have linked 50+ recipes for you to check out. You can mix and match these and use different protein sources to cater them to your liking. You'll notice some of these are not necessarily "healthy" meals but there are ways you can cater them to fit your lifestyle.
1. Use high quality ingredients when you can. Take any ingredient and make it organic or pasture raised or a "better" swap. I'm going to link my two free guides here for you to find better swaps for your kitchen needs if you need ideas.

2. DIY some stuff. If a recipe calls for rotel then you can make your own by using organic diced tomatoes & green chiles. Make your own taco seasoning with onion powder, garlic powder and chili powder.
3. If there is an ingredient you can't eat then just omit it or use an alternative.
4. Add diced veggies to everything. I love getting riced broccoli for example and throwing it into whatever I make to get more veggies in overall. You can also always make steamed veggies on the side of any of these to get more in.
5. Don't be afraid to mix and match food genres. Ex: You can have tacos and throw in steamed zucchini on the side. There are no rules! Do whatever you can to get good nutrition in.
6. Omit sugar. One recipe is for orange chicken and it calls for brown sugar & orange juice. The OJ has enough sugar on it’s own so you don’t need to add more with brown sugar.
Most of these recipes can be modified in so many ways. Don't be afraid to swap out meats too. You can use beef in place of pork or use a sauce from one recipe and not even make the full recipe but just put the sauce on your own protein source. Get creative!
My goal with this post was not to create a food blogger style inventory but rather give you clickable links to quick and easy meals you can try!
