HAMBURGER WELLINGTON

This is a lazy version of hamburger Wellington!

We like to serve this with green beans on the side.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cans of crescent rolls (Immaculate and Annies both make better ingredient ones)

  • 2 lbs cooked ground beef

  • 1-2 eggs

  • shredded cheese to your liking

  • spices: onion, garlic, salt, pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  • In a bowl mix beef, shredded cheese, spices and egg(s). The mixture should stick together a little. Use 1-2 eggs depending on egg size.

  • On a cookie sheet with parchment paper (If You Care makes unbleached paper) roll out 1.5 containers of the crescent rolls and press the seams together.

  • Pour the meat mixture over the crescent rolls.

  • Take the other 1.5 cans of crescent rolls and roll out on top of the meat mixture and press the seams together.

  • Bake according to crescent roll package. Sometimes I have to bake a bit longer to get the lower crescent rolls to fully cook.
