Inositol (i.e., myo-inositol) has been a game changer for my energy levels and getting off high doses of coffee.
1 gram of inositol powder emptied out from the capsules in my coffee once to twice daily has worked wonders. I also scoop some of the powder out with a little coffee in a spoon and let it dissolve in my mouth (I feel the effects better that way).
