NEBULIZING
I’ve been getting asked almost daily about using a nebulizer, so I made this a permanent spot on my feed. Hope this answers some questions on how I use ours at home!
Note: never nebulize just any liquid. The idea is it is going directly and deeply into the lungs so you don’t want anything that could contain bacteria or other contaminants. No oils, no tap water. Consult your doctor with any questions.
