CHILDREN’S IMMUNE SUPPORT SUPPLEMENTS
I recently got a DM asking for children’s immune support supplements so I wanted to put several options in one spot for you. These are things that you wouldn’t necessarily give year round but for times when you need to boost the system some or during times of active sickness. Of course always check with your own provider and do your own research with all of these. :)
During times of active sickness I have several other remedies on hand. If it would be helpful to get a post on those please let me know! These are more foundational support/basic supplements.
The only thing Payson gets regularly is a Llama Naturals gummy. He calls them “candy” and he loves them! We give him 2 a day. I wrote about why I chose Llama Naturals here. I do have a discount code for 20% off. Code is Bayley.
Llama Naturals does also have an Elderberry gummies, pre/probiotics and a D3 gummy. We haven’t used those personally.
There are several items that we can get on Fullscript. Fullscript is an online dispensary where you can get high quality supplements. I call it a non-sketchy Amazon. (I wouldn’t buy any supplements from Amazon.) You buy through a practitioner and each practitioner can set a different discount amount. My dispensary is set at 20% off of everything all the time.
I have compiled several kid immune support supplements here. If you aren’t interested in immune support but just want to browse other items you can do so through my dispensary here.
The last place I shop for immune support is through Earthley. I love Earthley because they have SO many products that are great for the whole family and they are very reasonably priced. I am an Earthley affiliate. If you want to shop their whole website through my link you can do so here. You do not have to shop through anyone if you don’t want to. Shopping through my link does give me a small commission.
We love their vitamin C because it’s whole food/herbal based & there are 3 types.
Immune Aid capsules/powder: We use both forms. The powder is easy to mix into something like applesauce or yogurt for kiddos.
Vita-C Tincture: This is great for kids and adults as well. It tastes yummy!
Their Vitamin D cream is also great because it can be applied topically and contains the co-factors.
They also have a pre-made elderberry tincture or elderberry kits. If you would like to support a small business and get elderberry you can also check out @lindeyselderberryco on Instagram. She’s a local momma who is so sweet and makes elderberry products!
If you’re looking for a better swap for old school Emergen-C powder then try this one from Organifi.
If you like to shop through Perfect Supplements then you can check out their vitamin C, D and Zinc here. Use code Bayley10 for 10% off your order!
There are so many different brands and supplements to try. This is certainly not an exhaustive list but I hope it’s helpful if you’re wanting to restock your medicine cabinet. All of these are great for adults as well!
Have a great day and please reach out with any questions or comments!
